As I was standing on our balcony I saw this yellow thing hanging on the side of an Apartment Building. It was too far for me to have a good look at it, so I got the binoculars out. With the camera I was able to get an even better look. As you can see, there are men at work and the rubbish they collect they apparently throw down the yellow 'chute' right in a dump-truck. Never seen that before, so worth sharing I guess!!
