Welcome to Winterpeg!

Yep, this is what we woke up to this morning! Guess what I thought?
"Am I glad I don't have to go out to day!"
So I did my one hour walk/run on the treadmill, took a shower
made some muffins and when they were ready Ted and I had one with our coffee.
Then I did something I have not done during the day time that is,
I WATCHED A MOVIE ON THE COMPUTER !!!!!
called "The Martian Child". I recommend it to everybody, this is a real family movie and a beautiful story with great acting.
You see those colourful thingies hanging on the window? Anneka and Aila made those during the last visit when they were having a sleep-over at Rene's. I was so fortunate to be able to keep them.
I thought they added a nice touch to all the white outside.

Actually a very beautiful sight it is!

Oh my gosh Trudy...so much snow ! Your pictures are so lovely and the mementos from the girls just frame that one. I for one do not miss the snow, though I know ours is coming. You amaze me with all your energy.

We had fun making those! They look really pretty in your window. :)

Hi Nancy
Yes my energy has been good. A few months ago, during the time I did not blog (aug I think) I barely was able to mow our lawn.

Now I am able to run/walk on the treadmill for an hour. It took a while to get my energy up but it has been well worth it. But....I hate doing it though. Going outdoors is not too bad. With the snow well you can guess.

When look at the artwork, I always think about you, and the girls of course whom I miss desperately.

I did not make a 'snowman" are you kidding?
Yesterday I had to clear the snow from the car and the driveway, I nearly cried, it was all ice. I finally started the car and the window became clear after a long time. We had to buy some groceries, I pretty well had to do it!
