An other tip from Truus' resources!

So I buy butter, love it, I know, I know not healthy. But for that one piece of toast I eat?
Somebody told me some time ago, butter is the only way to go when it comes to frying mushrooms, he is right!
Sparingly used when frying an egg, is delicious!
I always divide the butter up in three small plastic containers and hate to see that residue on the paper go to waste. What do I do?
Well, since I am Dutch, I fold it neatly and put it in the freezer. next time I need to grease a cookie sheet, I am ready! Hahaha!
