Today I walked all the way upstairs. But I cheated though! I started in the basement in stairwell "A" up to the 9th floor. Walked over to stairwell "B" continued to the 15th. Walked back across hall to "A" and finished all the way to the 21st floor.
That was after me first going down the stairwell to the basement.
This morning I walked down for my Aquafit class. After wards I swam about five times back and forth in the pool. Because everyone from my class had left I pretty well had to go too. I did not see my new found friend and I don't think a person should be in a pool alone. So exercise wise I think I did well today. Found out that my neighbour accross the hall walks the stairs only up though. Her goal is to make it to the top as well, (she's at the 7nd now. For sure I am going to beat her to it, hahaha! By the way, she is a lot younger than I!
When I come into our door huffing and puffin, Ted shakes his head, wonders what all the fuss is about.
