Update

Tomorrow we will meet with the Neurologist at the Health Science Centre to discuss the CT Scan's, MRI and Ultra sound that were done the last month. It has been four weeks already since Ted's stroke. His sight has improved somewhat but reading is still nearly impossible for him. One consolation is that my face looks better now, hahaha! At least all THAT hard work is not just for the birds!

Today we went to the Mall, we usually split up and call each other. He told me that it took him forever to call me because he could not see his cell very well. When we came home he called our provider and asked them to activate his old cell, which is a lot easier for him, but not nearly as fancy. We both got the same cell. I love mine, I am able to listen to my fav music, do some texting etc. But if you can not read what good is that?

He also finds it hard not to be able to drive, that makes him totally dependent on me. But is he ever a front/back seat driver even though he cannot see well. I think he is able to smell the cars that are coming or how fast I am driving (over the limit that is!)
He asked me to drive him to the Safeway to get me some flowers. One good thing about that is I get to pick what I like.

Hi Trudy, you and Ted are absolutely amazing. Bless you both. I just love your attitude in the midst of a difficult journey . I know you put a smile on the Lords face every day.
