This afternoon we saw a short clip on the Dr. Phil show, who was counseling a couple. The man complained that his wife tells him what to do, what to wear etc. Dr. Phil commented: "So, who would be the smartest of you two?" Without skipping a beat the wife said: "Well, I am!"

"Yes, of course", Dr Phil replied. (Then he makes that funny face!)

I thought this would be my golden opportunity, so... I asked Ted: "Who is the smartest in our house?" Ted looked me straight in the eyes and said: "Me of course!"

After a few seconds of silence, he followed with: "I married you, didn't I?"
